A Low-Residency ProgramThesis and Lecture
A completed creative manuscript and an analytical, craft and form manuscript (both of publishable quality) are required for graduation. The theses must be in the student's genre. Students are expected to work on their thesis manuscripts during the six modules in their discipline. A faculty panel, including the student's thesis advisor, will evaluate the theses. In addition, each student must deliver a lecture or teach a class on an aspect of craft and form in his or her genre. This lecture or class, delivered at the student's final residency, should be the based on of the work done in the Craft and Form module and subsequent thinking and writing.
