Academy of Management - CHRMS has assumed a leadership position to help a leading academic association, the Academy of Management and the Eastern Academy of Management, develop increased involvement of business practitioners.

LearnShare - CHRMS is a founding partner and board member of an innovative national alliance of "fortune 100" companies. LearnShare is a group of non-competing companies with proven expertise and innovative practices that are dedicated to sharing resources for the enhanced development of technology-based learning modules. The intention of the partnership is to improve training results while reducing actual training costs. Consortium members receive a new competitive advantage through access to learning technology that features state-of -the-art content. Companies share their respective strengths in diverse areas to contribute the best possible proven knowledge to performance-based training efforts.

Integrity House - CHRMS has a working relationship with Integrity Inc., headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, to assist its work as a carefully managed and highly effective Therapeutic Community. It is licensed by the State of New Jersey to serve drug abusers, alcoholics and pre-release inmates. The faculty at CHRMS and business partners assist by providing training and other support opportunities to Integrity staff members.

Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) - The Center for Human Resource Management Studies along with the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program co-manages the active chapter of SHRM at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) - The Academy of Human Resource Development was founded May 7, 1993. The Academy was formed to encourage systematic study of human resource development theories, processes, and practices; to disseminate information about HRD, to encourage the application of HRD research findings, and to provide opportunities for social interaction among individuals with scholarly and professional interests in HRD, form multiple disciplined and from across the globe.
