1995-1999: CHRMS sponsored and ran twenty-four (24) Research Seminars. These presentation- discussion sessions are designed to share the research process and results with practitioners and other researchers.
1999: Participated in and facilitated a collaborative research project for the Veterans Administration on "Low Level Violence." Seven researchers and six V.A. executives and professionals participated in this day-long session. The result is an on-going organization-wide collaborative research project.
1999: Eastern Academy of Management. CHRMS faculty established Life-Giving Theme for the Conference and Life Giving Track. By J. Harmon, D. Harris, and J. Neil.
