GENERAL INFORMATION

The Center for Human Resource Management Studies (CHRMS) is a partnership between education, industry, and the community, creating a learning environment committed to the development of knowledge and leadership in the management of human resources.

CHRMS is an interdisciplinary institute founded in 1990 as part of FDU’s Samuel J. Silberman College of Business Administration. Its programs and services integrate scholarship and research in human resource management with actual business practice. The Center brings together scholars and professionals from diverse fields to share information, develop talent, provide continuing education, solve problems and seize opportunities.
