Individual Partners participate in the following:

Breakfast Seminars - Speakers cover a range of leading-edge HR topics in a presentation/discussion format. Ten monthly breakfasts are held (none in July or August) on the third Friday between 7:30 am and 9:30 am in Hartman Lounge in the Mansion on FDU's Madison Campus. Partners are encouraged to bring guests and to send substitutes when unable to attend.

WITH:

Roundtables - Three on-going topical roundtables are available. Meetings are held quarterly and a Listserv is used to continue the conversation between meetings. Learning and networking opportunities are offered for the following topics:
      Business Ethics Roundtable - Corporate ethics officers from companies meet to create
      a learning/networking environment on contemporary business ethics issues.
      Diversity Roundtable - Individuals from the business and academic communities create
      a learning/networking environment on HR Diversity issues.
      HR Law Roundtable - Individuals from the business and academic communities create
      a learning/networking environment on HR Law issues.

AND:

Seminars - Seminar topics focus on issues that concern HR and operating executives and managers. These half-day seminars include speakers from leading edge organizations.  Presentations include time for question-and-answer and discussion.

PLUS:

Discussions With Visiting Professionals - Periodically, professional visitors are available for informal discussion meetings with groups of partners.

Research Paper + Discussion - Faculty applied research papers are discussed by business and faculty partners six to eight times each year.

Literature Search - Partners may request literature searches to obtain published information on topics of interest.
