Business Ethics Roundtables - Quarterly meetings where Ethics Officers, HR practitioners and faculty discuss current business ethics issues.
Diversity Roundtables - Quarterly meetings for diversity and other business professionals to discuss current workplace diversity issues.
HR Law Roundtable - Quarterly meetings where legal counsel, HR practitioners and faculty discuss various employment law policies, issues, and programs.
Seminar Series - Periodic seminars where Operating and HR managers present and discuss best-practices on current HR topics with business representatives and faculty.
Research Paper Discussions - CHRMS provides periodic open forums on research topics with the authors of applied research papers.
Strategy Review and Critique - A faculty team meets with each Corporate Partner's team for the purpose of learning about and providing a reflective inquiry into the strategic needs and initiatives of the firm. The areas of greatest importance to all of the Corporate Partners become Discovery Workshops.
Discovery Workshops - Corporate Partners meet periodically as a "think-tank" to explore and discover new solutions to topics they are currently pursuing within their respective companies.
Field Analysis Reports - Student teams report research/study findings and recommendations resulting from their semester analysis of real business issues.
Visitor Discussion Sessions - Business representatives and faculty meet informally to discuss selected topics with respected/noted experts.
Executive HR Dialogue - Senior HR Executives dialogue in closed session on topics of interest. They are joined by selected faculty members.
Executive Partnering Forum - Senior HR and Operating Executives discuss topics of interest in closed session. They are joined by selected faculty.
CHRMS Board Meeting - Executives from Corporate Partner companies meet with faculty and staff to establish and review CHRMS strategies and policies.
Human Resource Management/MBA Curriculum Review - The HRM/MBA curriculum is reviewed periodically by faculty and Corporate Partners. These efforts ensure that the curriculum will remain current, meet the needs of hiring corporations, and utilize the latest in learning technologies.
CHRMS Graduate Assistant Mentoring - CHRMS Graduate Assistants are mentored by Corporate Partners to help them better understand the realities of the HRM field and to gain experience and knowledge from the mentors.
FDU Recreation Center - Memberships in FDU's fully equipped Recreation Center are available at no charge to Corporate Partners.
