CEBS - Total Compensation Education

The CEBS program offers benefits and compensation professionals several levels of certification, all stamped with CEBS mark of excellence. The body of knowledge within the CEBS program focuses on group benefits, retirement and compensation. Each track delivers specialized knowledge in its own unique area and leads to a specialty designation following completion of the required number of courses. When combined, the three tracks form a comprehensive, integrated curriculum in total compensation. To earn the prestigious CEBS credential, candidates must complete eight courses, six required, two elective.
