Dickinson University Technical Assistance Center (FDU TAC)
FDU has instituted a
new HelpDesk to service all technical questions and problems.
- The UTAC is available 24x7 to provide assistance, whether via
voice, email, or the self-service portal.
You can login using your Employee Number / Datatel ID as your username
and “password” as your password. After logging in successfully
for the first time, you can update your password.
Blackboard Assistance (Faculty Only)
|| From within a course, click on the Control
Panel button on the left and then On-line Manual
under Support on the bottom right. This will bring
you to the Instructor Manual.
Once in Blackboard, click on the Help
icon at the top left of the window above the tabs. This will bring
you to this document. Click on the following live link: http://support.blackboard.com
and you will be brought to Blackboard’s website where you
can click on Instructors to access resources.
You can also access these resources by selecting Online Support
under Support in Control Panel.

areas is available at http://resources.blackboard.com.
