- Booking a technology-enhanced classroom. Instructors who intend
to teach a course in a technology-enhanced classroom (with a live data
port and an overhead computer-connected projector) must request such
a room from Enrollment Services at least one semester prior to the start
date of the course. The classrooms will be allocated on a first-come,
first-served basis.
- Requesting equipment for a standard classroom. Instructors
who wish to use technology in a standard classroom (e.g., data projector,
audio-visual equipment) should request the equipment from the Office
of Instructional Media seventy-two hours (three days) prior to the use
of the equipment. If an instructor wishes to use such equipment for
an entire term, the request should be made at least one week prior to
the first delivery. In either case instructors should note that all
equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and reserving
early is encouraged to ensure availability of equipment and delivery
personnel.
