- To be considered as a matriculated student, you are required to
submit three letters of
recommendation, Graduate Record Examination (Aptitude Test) scores,
and official transcripts from all post-secondary schools attended. Please see
admission requirements for more details.

registration information. Provide us with your phone, fax, and/or e-mail
addresses. After advisement, complete a registration form and mail it
with a check for tuition and comprehensive fee (payable to Fairleigh Dickinson
University) to Dr. Tan. Contact us about alternative arrangements.
*International students should use the Application for Admission for
International Students form and must meet all admission criteria.
Applicants are considered to be international
students when they are not citizens of the United States or registered
alien residents. The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
is required for
all applicants whose native language is not English. A minimum TOEFL score
of 550 is required. Only applicants from English-speaking Canada, United
Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or graduates of a U.S. institution
are exempted from the examination. Since the on-line MSEE program is designed
to be taken entirely over the Internet, international students can complete
the entire degree program in their home countries without coming to the
United States. Those students, who choose to come to the USA to study. must
give evidence of financial support for a period of time equivalent to one
academic year and need to obtain a student visa (F-1). Moreover, they must
study at the University's campus for at least two semesters and must take
at least three courses (9 credits) each semester if maintaining student visa
status.
