partnership with the New Jersey State Library and the South Jersey
Regional Library Cooperative, the Fairleigh Dickinson University Library
is proud to offer streaming reference assistance to its users. The
service, found at the URL
http://www.qandanj.org, is staffed by reference librarians from
across the state. It offers technology that combines Internet chat
with the ability to send web sites and other information directly to your
computer. Designed to provide fast answers from web-based resources,
including specialty databases funded by libraries, Q and A NJ combines
the speed of the Internet with the information literacy of librarians.
In most cases, Q and A NJ Librarians will provide an answer online in 15
minutes or less! If your question involves lengthy research, it will get you started and/or provide a referral for you or your
