This interpretive worksheet is created to aid in the step-by-step process of interpreting the WISC-IV. The entire worksheet can be downloaded (see link at bottom of page). The steps utilized by the worksheet include the following:
1. Enter Obtained Scaled Scores. 2. Enter Index and IQ Scores. 3. Evaluate differences between Indexes and Scatter within the Scales. 4. Are the VCI and PRI composites interpretable? Note: See Table B.6 for standardization frequency Compute (or lookup) and interpret DWI-1 DWI–1 =1.09*∑ (V+S+WR+BD+MR+PCn) + 34.47 5a. Determine if the Working Memory Index is interpretable.
