October 8, 2001 Knights
Finish 14th at Toski Invitational Amherst, Mass. – The Fairleigh Dickinson University men’s golf team finished 14th out of 22 teams at the Toski Invitational, held at Hickory Ridge Country Club in Amherst, Mass. The Knights shot a 324 on day one and followed with a 320 in round two for a total of 644. Yale won the team trophy with a two-day total of 586. Jared Sweiderk gave the Knights a boost with a season-best round of 75 on day two. Sweiderk carded an 83 in round one, finishing in 40th place overall at 158. Mark Dunne was just four strokes behind Sweiderk at 162 (80-82) to finish in 56th place. The
Knights return to action on October 12th and 13th when they participate
in the Stabler Collegiate Invitational, held at Center Valley Golf Club. Knights’
