Walter Marusym
WALTER MARUSYN, FDU's original cross country coach, is the next inductee into this year's class. Marusyn, who also served the athletics department as an Assistant Director of Athletics for many years, was a pioneer at FDU, starting the Knights' indoor and outdoor track and field programs. In his tenure as cross country/track and field coach, Marusyn won several conference championships and led a highly competitive Knights' team in the Metropolitan Track and Field Association.
