TV to Televise Fairleigh Dickinson Men’s Basketball vs. St. Francis (NY)
TEANECK,
N.J. – MSG TV will televise the Fairleigh Dickinson men’s
basketball game vs. St. Francis (NY) on Saturday, February 2nd, live
from the Rothman Center in Hackensack, N.J.
The Knights and Terriers will tip-off the contest at noon.
The
Northeast Conference (NEC) will be bringing the ninth in a 19-game package of
men's and women's basketball games to be televised on MSG Network, Fox-Sports,
Comcast and Cablevision this season. Dave Popkin will provide the
play-by-play, while former UConn star Tate George handles color analysis and
Paul Dottino serves as sideline reporter. Fairleigh
Dickinson (3-17, 3-8 NEC) is coming off a split on their trip to Maryland where
they faced Mount St. Mary’s and UMBC. The
Knights defeated the Mount, 69-64 and fell to UMBC, 81-70.
The Terriers (12-5, 9-2 NEC) are currently in second place in the NEC and
ride a six-game win streak into the contest. After
Saturday’s game the Knights will return to the court again on Monday, February
4th, when they host defending NEC champion Monmouth.
That contest is slated for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
