Fairleigh Dickinson Men's Tennis Defeats Central Connecticut, 4-3
Knights win second straight match with four singles victories.

New Britain, Conn. - The Fairleigh Dickinson University men's tennis team defeated Northeast Conference opponent Central Connecticut State by a score of 4-3 this afternoon.  The Knights improved their fall record to 2-1 as they won the top four singles spots to claim their second straight triumph.

Sophomore Alex Sarria (Cali, Colombia) won for the third time this week, defeating Eric Stone, 6-3, 6-4.  Senior Boris Bogdanov (Fair Lawn, N.J.) won at second singles, 6-3, 6-3.  Also winning for the Knights were George Green (Leeds, England), 6-4, 6-4 at third singles and David Wagreich (Old Bridge, N.J.) at fourth singles, 7-6, 6-7, 6-3.  Bogdanov and Green teamed up at first singles to win 7-5.

The Knights will be back in action when they host Rider on October 9, at 1:30 p.m.
