Fairleigh Dickinson Men’s Tennis Rolls by Quinnipiac, 5-2
Knights improve to 9-4 on the year.

Teaneck, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson University men’s tennis team rolled by visiting Quinnipiac this afternoon, 5-2.  The Knights took four of six singles matches, including the top three, and won two of three doubles tilts to take that point and the victory.  The Knights improved to 9-4 overall and 3-2 this spring.

            Alex Sarria (Cali, Colombia) and George Green (Leeds, England) got things going by teaming up to win at first doubles, 8-2 and Boris Bogdanov (Fair Lawn, N.J.) combined with Angel Rubio to win at second doubles, 8-4.  Sarria, Bogdanov and Green won at first, second and third singles, respectively, while Rubio captured his singles match in the number five spot to seal the win.

            The Knights return to action on April 5th, when they host Central Connecticut State.
