PROVOST'S SPIRIT CHALLENGE
$7,000 in prize money will be awarded!!!

In a campus wide effort to generate spirit and attendance at our men's and women's NCAA Division I sports events, the Teaneck/Hackensack Provost's Office offers all clubs, fraternities, sororities, or any student group the opportunity to win up to $200 per game.  40 points, at $5 per point will be awarded for each game.  Points will be awarded to groups based on their ability to GENERATE AND DEMONSTRATE SPIRIT.  Signs, banners, costumes, etc. and group size all contribute to the number of points awarded.  First place at each game wins a MINIMUM of 20 points ($100.)

Provost's Spirit Challenge Rules & Guidelines
- All groups must register with the Athletic Department to enter the competition.
- All groups must register before each game they choose to compete in.
- Groups must participate for THE ENTIRE GAME.
- Judges will be from the Athletic Department.
- A running tally of points will be recorded on a scoreboard posted in the Rothman Center and in each issue of the Equinox.
- Cash awarded will be given to groups at the end of each semester.
- Groups funded by Student Activities will have their money deposited in their organization account.
- Individual groups, not funded, will receive their money in cash.
- All groups must comply with existing codes of conduct.
- Since this is the first year of what will be an FDU Teaneck/Hackensack tradition, some rules/regulations may be subject to change.
