Dickinson Volleyball Falls to La Salle in Three

– In a match originally scheduled for early September, the
Fairleigh Dickinson University volleyball team fell by a score of
3-0 at La Salle this evening. The
Explorers took game one 30-21, game two 30-25, and game three 30-21. The Knights’ record fell to 8-9 on the year while La Salle
improved to 9-18.
Allison
Picker (San Rafael, Calif.) led the Knights’ attack with eight
kills and a .227 hitting percentage.
Trisha Nunnenkamp (Merrick, N.Y.) led the Fairleigh
Dickinson defense with 10 digs and Carli Caminska (Clarence
Center, N.Y.) posted three service aces.
Fairleigh
Dickinson returns to action on Friday, November 2, with a home match
against St. Francis (N.Y.) at 7:30 p.m.
