KIA DAMON
Assistant Coach

Kia Damon, now in her third year with the Knights, joined the Fairleigh Dickinson women's basketball coaching staff after two years at the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay.

Damon helped lead the Phoenix to a 40-19 record, two NCAA Tournament appearances and two Mid-Continent Conference championships.

Damon's responsibilities as Gordon Gaglioti's top assistant include the daily operation of the women's basketball program, recruiting coordinator and scheduling. She also assists in the development of the Knights' post players in addition to being in charge of the Knights' Hoop Club arrangements.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Damon played at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, leading the Lady Marauders to post-season twice. The two-time captain averaged 11.6 points per game her last two seasons. She was also an all-metro second team player out of Western High in Baltimore.
