After graduating from college I want to go to Culinary School for 2 years to achieve a culinary certification. Following this, I want to begin working in a restaurant to gain experience and continue to learn through practice. After I am confident that I have the contacts, skills, and financial backing to further my career- I plan to open my own restaurant. Currently, for my Food and Beverage Class, I am working on a final project which is an in depth restaurant plan. I hope to continue to develop my concept so that I may stay as organized as possible while working continuously to make my dream come true.
As shown on my resume, I work really hard to stay well rounded by balancing academics, athletics, and work. I do have experience working in the indudstry, but this summer I am looking to work as a server so I can further my knowledge about the front of the house.
