Internship at Valley Hospital (2004-2005)

I did a full year rotation in the Diagnostic Imaging Rotation at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, N.J. The areas that I went to were The Breast Center, Registration Department, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, X-Ray, and CAT-Scan. In these areas I observed and had hands on task that made me learn the procedures done in each area.

Volunteer at Englewood Hospital (2003-2005)

I volunteered at Englewood Hospital and did many tasks such as couriers, blood bank deliveries, discharges, and many more tasks.

Pathology (First Trimester 2002)

We studied the different diseases in the human body. We also studied about the different parts of the brain and liver.

Social Inventions (Second Trimester 2002-2003)

We learned about how charitable organizations actually work. We also ran our own charitable project. We helped feed a little town in New Guinea, West Africa called Bossou. We sent ten thousand pounds of food to Bossou by gathering donations from the help of our students and teachers in Bergen County Academies located in Hackensack N.J., people from our neighborhoods, and various companies.

Worked for Recreation Department, facilitated outings/activities for patients, and managed general store.
