The School of Computer Science and Information Systems offers an undergraduate course that surveys microcomputer usage. It is intended to be an introduction to computer usage and understanding, and cannot be used for credit for a computer science degree.
Class material includes hands-on labs with Windows, Internet, word processing software, spreadsheets and database software. Lecture material includes social as well as technical issues of computers.
