Bruce G. Peabody

Bruce Peabody is Chair of the Department of Social Sciences and History at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey and an associate professor of American Politics and the Judicial Process.  He received his Ph.D. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin (2000) and his B.A. from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut (1991).  Professor Peabody is the Prelaw & Legal Studies Director at FDU's Florham-Madison campus..

Professor Peabody's research interests lie in public law and American politics, especially constitutional law, American political institutions, the separation of powers, and criminal justice.
