Lexicon's faculty Editors have final say about all publishing decisions and journal content.

The Editorial Board consists of faculty, legal professionals, and students from a variety of institutions. 

The Editorial Board reviews and comments upon submissions and provides guidance on the direction and content of the journal, including suggestions about appropriate themes. 

Some student members of the Board work with the faculty Editors on the day to day operations and publication demands of the journal.  These students assist with research, formatting, administration, and other tasks related to the production process.

Student members of the Editorial Board are selected from those who have published previously in Lexicon.  The Editors may also select other students to assist with the production of the journal, as part of a formal academic program or internship.
