[1] In your wordprocessor, HIGHLIGHT the text you want to transfer
[2] Either on the tool bar or in the edit menu select COPY.
[3] Get into you EMAIL PROGRAM
[4] START a message entering the ADDRESS and the SUBJECT.
[5] Put the curser in the body of the message area.
[6] PASTE the text here.
[7] SEND the email when complete
Transferring Material from Excel by email
[1] In excel, First SAVE the material since these procedures will change
the formulas.
[2] Only if you are transferring the numeric values and not the formulas,
do the following:
[2a] HIGHLIGHT the material to be transferred.
[2b] Either on the tool bar or in the edit menu select COPY.
[2c] Either move the HIGHLIGHT if you want both the original
material and the
copied material in
two different places
or leave
the HIGHLIGHT where it is if you want the material in the place where it
is.
[2d] Select EDIT and then select PASTE SPECIAL
[2e] CHECK-MARK the box labeled "Values
[2f] Select OK
[3] HIGHLIGHT the portion that you want to send as email
[4] Either on the tool bar or in the edit menu select COPY.
[5] Get into you email program
[6] Start a message entering the ADDRESS and the SUBJECT.
[7] Put the curser in the body of the message area.
[8] PASTE the text here.
[Note] The values should all appear as they normally do in the spreadsheet.
[9] SEND the email when complete
